As previously announced, the 2nd Pre-IEO was held from December 5, 2022 to December 9, 2022

As the market price of MRST did not reach the 2nd Pre-IEO price of 1MRST = $0.1 before December 9th, 2nd Pre-IEO was automatically terminated and the 2nd Pre-IEO quantity (15,000,000 MRST) was burned.
