Aug 1, 2022: users who have more than 1,000 MRST in MRST Mining App.
Dec 1, 2022: users who have more than 100 MRST in MRST Mining App.
Mar 1, 2023: users who have more than 10 MRST in MRST Mining App.

1. You can flip first name/last name (e.g., Smith James > James Smith) O
2. You can fix your name due to misspellings. (e.g., Jaems > James) O
3. You can change your nickname to legal name (e.g., Lovely Kim > James Kim) O
4. You CAN’T change other name (e.g., James > Peter or Lovely Kim > Jmaes Smith) X
