We’ve found and fixed a number of issues that caused this with a version update 1.1.0

For AOS, please re-try to download the app from the Google Play Store.

For iOS, please re-try to download the app from the Apple App Store.

1. Fixed the re-charging battery error when you log out
2. Enhanced SMS verficiation system
3. added an inquiry button to link FAQ page in the app
