- “System doesn’t recognize my email address and I can’t log in.”
Some users are having trouble logging back in after logging off due to incorrectly entering or mistyping their email addresses when the app registers.
The Mars: Metaverse Project team is currently developing a website where you can revise your email address. We expect the website to be up and functional within the next 2–3 business days.
2. “I can’t sign back up after accidentally deactivating my account.”
Some users have tried re-signing up after deactivating their accounts due to various reasons. Our sign-up/accounts policy required users to wait for 7 days before they could sign up again after deactivating their account.
We will be revising our sign-up/accounts policy to allow users to immediately sign-up again. (Please note that if you use the same email address that you used previously, both the referrer and the referred will not receive the referral bonus.)
❗️ Any $MRST that is lost due to deactivation cannot be restored.
❗️ Please expect this change to take place within 1 business day.
3. “I entered my first name and last name in the wrong fields.”
Some users have entered their first and last names backward when signing up.
We will allow users to change their first name and last name places before KYC.
❗️ Please note that you can flip first name/last name. You will NOT be able to edit your name.
❗️ If your name is misspelled or incorrect, you will need to deactivate your account and sign up again.
❗️ Any $MRST that is lost due to deactivation cannot be restored.
