[What is the KYC?]
As an acronym for Know Your Customer, it is a system that requires reasonable attention to prevent products and services provided by financial institutions from being used for illegal activities such as money laundering.

Holders those who have 2,000 or more MRST
[Guidance on Know Your Customer(KYC) Certification]
- This content is for AML(Anti Money Laundering) through customer confirmation.
- Only a “passport” can be used as a means of identification during KYC authentication.
- KYC authentication is not possible if the information of the MRST Mining APP account and passport information are different.
- Minors cannot be certified as KYC.
- KYC authentication can only be carried out on one account per person and cannot be changed after the completion of authentication.
- Subjects will be notified individually through e-mail.
[Additional schedule for KYC certification]
- August 1, 2022: KYC certification for holders who have 1,000 or more MRST
- December 1, 2022: KYC certification for holders who have 100 or more MRST
- March 1, 2023: KYC certification for holders who have 10 or more MRST
※ The KYC schedule may change, and in this case, we will inform you additionally through the announcement channel.
[Example of changing Know Your Customer(KYC) information]
- You can change the information if you misordered the last name and first name. (Example: Jihoon Kim → Can be changed to Kim Jihoon)
- A name can only be changed by typos and spellings, but not be changed into another name. (Example: Kim Taehwa → Kim Taehee / Kim Taehee → Jung Jihoon)
- Information can be changed if an English name of a Korean does not match. (Example: Rain Jung → Jihoon Jung)
- Information cannot be changed if the last name of an English name of a Korean does not match. (Example: Jihoon Jung → Unable to change to Jihoon Kim)
