The Mars Corp. prepared a new MRST tokenomics to enhance the deflationary modeling that is more straightforward to be understood by the market compared to the previous model.
In order for the new MRST issuance, a hard fork is in progress. The following dates are scheduled for snapshots and New MRST delivery for current MRST holders.
Snapshot: November 1, 12 am (KST), 2022
New MRST delivery: November 1 — 4, (KST), 2022
※ MRST transfer is prohibited for 6 hours before and after the snapshot.
Individuals are responsible for any problems with receiving New MRST due to a violation of this rule. ※
※ During New MRST delivery period, withdraw function in MMA will be paused temporarily.

October 31 (Mon) 2 pm — November 7 (Mon) 2 pm (KST)

1. Initial Distribution Amount:
- 10 billion → 5 billion: 50% reduction
2. Metaverse Distribution Amount:
- 40 billion → Infinite
Although the issuance volume has been changed to infinite,
the actual issuance has decreased by about 70%.
